A obra Experiências do Pibid Ufes: pluralidade de caminhos formativos na licenciatura relata, sob diferentes perspectivas, o resultado de um trabalho coletivo produzido ao longo de quatro anos, como continuidade do trabalho iniciado há uma década. Os textos, produzidos a várias mãos, descrevem experiências do Pibid Ufes, no contexto específico das licenciaturas que abraçaram a proposta entre os anos de 2013 e 2018. O diálogo proporcionado pelas ações do programa foi reconhecido pelos envolvidos no projeto como a mais importante contribuição do Pibid para a formação de professores em todos os níveis. Essa postura dialógica propiciou a circulação de informações, desejos, insatisfações e conquistas de forma mais aberta, potencializando o debate sobre as fragilidades e potencialidades do ensino, tanto na escola básica quanto nos cursos de formação de professores, na universidade. Disso resultou o comprometimento de todos os bolsistas e colaboradores do projeto com as necessidades reais da escola ou das licenciaturas, buscando-se entendê-las pelo olhar daqueles que as vivenciam. Algumas ações, nesse sentido, foram realizadas de forma particular pelos subprojetos, por meio de elaboração de portfólios, diários de bordo e relatos reflexivos, grupos de estudos e reuniões formativas, de planejamento e avaliação. Esses registros e procedimentos cotidianos suscitaram a investigação sobre a prática docente, valorizando a pesquisa como atitude cotidiana do professor em exercício e do futuro professor. Com essa descrição, pretendemos evidenciar aspectos da efetiva realização da nossa proposta de formação: aproximação dos segmentos envolvidos universidade, secretarias de educação, escolas; participação efetiva dos Pibidianos nas atividades da licenciatura; valorização da licenciatura na universidade; renovação da prática docente e da dinâmica escolar; valorização do trabalho docente, com estímulo à diversificação da prática; interesse pela pesquisa em Educação por parte dos Pibidianos e supervisores. A expectativa de todos os envolvidos no projeto Pibid Ufes é de continuidade das ações previstas, tendo em vista a relevância do programa para a formação de professores no âmbito do país e, em particular, do estado do Espírito Santo. Para tanto, os relatos e registros dos participantes apontam também para a necessidade de atenção aos resultados de programas de formação como o Pibid para o incentivo e a valorização da carreira docente no contexto da formação inicial de professores.
