Setiap satu luahan dan bisikan dalam buku ini disenarai mengikut keutamaan permasalahan yang sering terjadi antara pasangan suami isteri. Buku ini mengambil pendekatan yang mudah, iaitu pada peringkat awalnya membentangkan tiap-tiap satu luahan, memberi ulasan kepada luahan perasaan itu, dan akhirnya mencadangkan beberapa langkah pembaikan yang perlu diambil. Pendekatan buku ini adalah berbentuk pembaikan. Pendekatan seperti ini didapati sesuai dan dalam perbincangan yang diadakan dengan ahli-ahli keluarga yang terlibat, sebahagian besarnya bersetuju dengan pendekatan sedemikian. Pendekatan seperti ini apabila diamati, bukan sahaja dapat membuka ruang garis tindakan yang perlu diambil bagi setiap pasangan suami isteri yang terlibat, malah ia dapat memandu pasangan suami isteri setakat yang berkaitan, mencari jalan yang sebaik-baiknya bagi menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Ramai antara kita menghadapi pelbagai masalah keluarga. Buku ini mengajak para pembaca menangani masalah-masalah itu dengan dengan hati terbuka dan berlapang dada di samping membuka ruang-ruang penyelesaian yang dapat dicuba setakat yang berkaitan, bagi meredakan masalah yang dihadapi. Apa yang diperlukan adalah keberanian membentangkan masalah, keberanian mencerakin masalah, dan akhirnya keberanian mengambil langkah dan mempraktik urutan penyelesaian masalah yang diutarakan. Sekali lagi seperti biasa, buku ini dapat dijadikan asas panduan untuk pasangan suami isteri mencuba resipi-resipi baru dalam usaha berterusan bagi meredakan masalah yang dihadapi.
