La professione dello scenografo è profondamente cambiata negli ultimi decenni, evolvendosi in numerose sfaccettature che arrivano a coinvolgere i vari campi dello spettacolo: dal teatro alla televisione, dal cinema agli eventi, dalla scena per la pubblicità alle nuove forme di performance immersive in cui la scenografia assume un aspetto fondamentale.
