Anyone that has worked in contracts knows how difficult it is to search the Federal Acquisition Regulation to find that one bit of information that will make or break a deal. A contracts specialist could pull out a huge binder and flip thru pages endlessly. Not only is it time consuming, but it is exhausting lugging around that huge binder. Their book is around 6 inches by 9 inches and sells for over $100! Many people need glasses to read and don't like books with small print. That's especially true of complex technical subjects like acquisition regulations. We print the hard copy books a full 8 1⁄2 inches by 11 inches, with large text. The complete FAR is also available as an eBook.
