Ce roman, La Femme de papier, disponible chez Pocket, s'est vendu à plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'exemplaires. Il a donc déjà connu une très large diffusion et on peut se le procurer pour moins de 6€ en poche. A la différence de sa simple version poche, sa réédition en grand format est illustrée d'une dizaine de dessins d'Alex Varenne. Elle est également complétée d'un long entretien avec Françoise Rey, et d'une nouvelle préface de l'auteure.
