Die loi de vigilance ist das rechtsvergleichende Vorzeigeobjekt für die Einführung eines deutschen und europäischen Lieferkettengesetzes. Im Jahr 2017 hat der französische Gesetzgeber erstmals haftungsbewehrte Sorgfaltspflichten für Inlandsgesellschaften zur Achtung der Menschenrechte und Umwelt in Konzernen und Lieferketten festgelegt. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht Laura Nasse die Entwicklung der Menschenrechtsverantwortung privater Unternehmen in Frankreich. Im Mittelpunkt der Analyse stehen die sachrechtliche Ausgestaltung der loi de vigilance und ihre Kohärenz mit dem sonstigen französischen Delikts- und Gesellschaftsrecht. Es sind sogenannte Smart Contracts, also der Wesenskern einer jeden DAO, welche die automatisierte Steuerung von Operationen über eine programmierbare Geschäftslogik ermöglichen. Man muss sich nicht mehr auf eine zentrale Infrastruktur verlassen, sondern ist dezentral aufgestellt. So verringert sich das Risiko von Cyberangriffen. Zukünftig wird eine neue Welt autonomer Systeme entstehen, die auch die Robotik u.ä. umfasst. DAOs können darüber hinaus neue Organisations- sowie Kooperationsmöglichkeiten für Menschen und Organisationen bieten. Cell differentiation is a prerequisite of life. It is defined as the prooess leading to the qualitatively and quantitatively selective realization of distinct parts of a given genetic material. Cell differentiation comprises five main aspects: (1) signal reception and transformation, (2) selective rearrangements of the genetic material, (3) differen tial gene expression, (4) organization of gene expression programs and (5) intercellular coordination of cell differentiation within the developmental programs of multicellular organisms. Despite the bewildering multiplicity of its results, i.e., the differentiated phenotypes of cells, there are apparently fundamental similarities with respect to the molecular mechanisms of the process itself.
