Incuestionablemente, se puede ser un buen abogado o jurista sin tener clara noción de nuestra filosofía jurídica, así como es verdad que se puede ser un buen filósofo sin haber elaborado una filosofía del Derecho. Tampoco la filosofía puede declararse ajena a la filosofía del derecho y la circunstancia de que tal o cual filósofo no elabore una filosofía del Derecho no impide que otros se dediquen a dar forma a esta filosofía".
