INTRODUCTION La Sagesse de rôle socioéconomique, anciennement « economic empowerment », est l’autonomisation des partenaires de vies à travers la répartition des rôles productifs dans un foyer. Elle vise à limiter les effets de la pauvreté, la précarité, le profane etc. en tant que poids pesant sur la ou les personnes à ressources qu’elle soit dans ledit foyer ou la communauté. Contexte du projet. « Un simple coup de pouce pourrait avoir un impact important sur le développement économique communautaire et international. » Le développement économique communautaire et international est souvent le fait d'ONG ou d'organisations à but non lucratif. Il y a de nouvelles tendances, d'abord pour impliquer des personnes avec une expertise étrangère et une culture locale de la diaspora des pays du Sud dans les efforts de reconstruction et, deuxièmement, pour des organisations qui ont une source indépendante de revenus pour soutenir leurs activités. C'est pourquoi nous avons décidé d'initier ce projet de fondation pour lancer l'action socio-économique de notre structure qui est à but lucratif mais qui entre dans la catégorie des organisations qui cherchent à améliorer les conditions de vie des populations dans le cadre d'une autre mission. Nous avons choisi de travailler sur le chômage de la diaspora qui conduit à la précarité et sur l'entreprenariat des jeunes comme levier de sortie de la pauvreté.

Nous sommes une Firme de Consultation en Organisation Stratégique et un Think Tank en Économie de Communauté et nous avons 3 axes d’intervention à savoir : le Partenariat en Consortium avec les ONG et les Bureaux d'Études; le service de rédaction d’affaires, de projet et technique pour les PME; et la (Re)Structuration des TPE informelles et ethniques. Notre public cible sont les Foyers des Pairs, Acteurs économiques (Commerce et Entreprises) et Leaders communautaires (Administration et Familles), quel que soit le genre ou l’âge, qui sont privés d’équité dans leur droits civiques. Voici nos termes de Préférence : La Diaspora de l’Ethnique devenant pour le Peuple de l’Informel un Partenaire d’Outre-Mer (POM), les régions économiques africaines développant entre elles des échanges privilégiés et limitant ou régulant sévèrement ceux avec les autres régions sur le modèle de la Chine pendant son redressement par ostracisme ou également de l’Inde avec l’apport de sa Diaspora dans le développement de ce pays à travers le transfert de connaissance et de capitaux.
