Los procesos de ense?anza aprendizaje encaminan a los procesos cognitivos, mediante el cual el estudiante adquiere la informaci?n que m?s tarde la aplicara en diferentes contextos. En el aprendizaje interact?an diferentes factores que influyen para que los resultados sean eficientes, desde el ?xito o fracaso escolar, por lo tanto, es necesario realizar un an?lisis a determinadas variables que se relacionan dentro del proceso educativo. Los programas de estudio, aglomeraci?n de estudiantes en las aulas, escasos recursos dentro y fuera de las aulas, inestabilidad familiar y docentes sin titulaci?n son las causas que influyen de manera directa en el fracaso y la deserci?n escolar. Por otro lado, las estrategias did?cticas que emplean los docentes en los procesos de aprendizaje son alineadas al modelo tradicional, particularmente son de manera expositiva, de memorizaci?n y la repetici?n de contenidos que no permiten a los estudiantes adquirir aprendizajes significativos como herramientas para la vida. De acuerdo con Feo (2010) "las estrategias did?cticas son procedimientos por los cuales el docente y los estudiantes, organizan las actividades para construir y lograr metas previstas e imprevistas en el proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje, adapt?ndose a las necesidades de los participantes de manera significativa"(P?g. 222). Esta alternativa conlleva al docente a buscar opciones creativas para la transferencia de conocimiento, permitiendo as?, que el alumno pueda desarrollar al m?ximo las competencias necesarias para su formaci?n a trav?s de la creatividad, el uso de las Tics aportan un compendio de facilidades que el docente puede escoger y seleccionar a la hora de ense?ar, a medida que la ciencia y la tecnolog?a avanza los docentes nos adaptamos a las exigencias que el cambio de generaciones exige para el desarrollo de la juventud. Por otro lado, el docente que no posee el dominio de las estrategias did?cticas, llega al punto de improvisar sus clases, lo que conlleva a generar el desinter?s en los estudiantes por aprender y con ello problemas de rendimiento acad?mico que se reflejaran en las notas parciales de los estudiantes. As? mismo, el docente debe asumir la capacidad de incrementar sus conocimientos relacionados con la ciencia y la tecnolog?a, partiendo del reconocimiento que las mismas aportan para el desarrollo de la humanidad. A medida que las generaciones avanzan a pasos agigantados, la capacitaci?n o formaci?n pedag?gica en estrategias activas de aprendizaje disminuyen la brecha existente entre docentes con profesiones no afines a lo pedag?gico y la falta de estrategias que motiven a los estudiantes por aprender.
