Esse livro é um amálgama de fichamentos em formato de poema que exprimem a experiência vivida por JJ Ramper no ano de 2007. FRAGMENTOS MURTADOS são anotações feitas por JJ Ramper durante o ano de 2007, sendo sua maioria em formato de poemas e poesias. Os fragmentos possuem reflexões filosóficas e psicanalíticas, além de conter informações astronômicas. A escolha da palavra Fragmentos se deu por tratar-se de pedaços de textos sem uma conexão propriamente lógica, enquanto Murtados foi criada pelo autor em homenagem à sua mestra: Cláudia do Carmo Pereira Murta! JJ Ramper é formado em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo e possui pós-graduação em Psicologia Jurídica e Forense. Trabalhou no Planetário de Vitória (ES) e desde o ano de 2013 é sócio do Centro Cultural Vila Laje (São Gonçalo - RJ), onde funciona o Clube de Astronomia Leonardo Da Vinci e o Observatório Astronômico Ronaldo Rogério de Freitas Mourão, coordenados pela cientista social Graça Velho e pelo astrônomo Milton Machado.

Esse livro, diferente do anterior (Fragmentos Murtados), conta a história dos cinco anos de Faculdade de Filosofia - Licenciatura e um ano de Filosofia - Bacharelado. Este último eu não concluí porque tive que mudar de Estado para cuidar do meu avô materno que foi colocado em um asilo horripilante, pois ninguém queria cuidar dele. Então, os relatos desta obra abrangem informações do início do ano de 2007 ao final de 2014 (quando abandonei a faculdade de Bacharel em Filosofia). Esse “diário” fora escrito durante os anos de 2013 e 2014, utilizando como base um blog chamado “JJ Kamicase” (que eu tinha desde 2006). Portanto, o nome ideal seria “Blog de um Metafísico”, contudo, ao pensar que esse blog era nada menos que um “diário de bordo virtual”, o título fica dentro dos conformes. Eu resolvi citar o nome de ninguém explicitamente. Então, pode ser que eu cite uma mesma pessoa em outra situação e o/a/e leitor(a/e) possa entender ser alguém diferente (por exemplo, o vizinho do condomínio ou um colega de trabalho pode ser também o rapaz do curso X). Assim como pessoas de uma mesma situação, como a menina do grupo de estudos. São várias meninas, ou seja, posso citar meninas diferentes usando esse mesmo dado) e o/a/e leitor(a/e) pode achar que é a mesma pessoa, mas não é. (...)
