Sammelband aus dem Jahr 2024 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Komparatistik, Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Dieser Sammelband enthält vier Hausarbeiten. Die erste Arbeit enthält einen inhaltlichen Vergleich des Goethegedichts "Der Besuch" und der Elegie 1,3 des lateinischen Autors Properz. Berücksichtigt wurden damit inhaltliche, formale und zeitgeschichtliche Faktoren. Der erste Hauptteil beschäftigt sich mit dem Goethegedicht, der zweite mit der Elegie. Im dritten Teil wurde ein abschließender Vergleich mit Fazit erstellt. Die zweite Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Bild der Frau im 18 .Jahrhundert und der Fragestellung, inwieweit die Romanfigur Charlotte dem Rollenbild der Frau im 18. Jahrhundert entspricht. Charlotte stammt aus dem Roman "Die Wahlverwandtschaften" von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Dabei bezieht sich die Fragestellung auf die Rolle der Hausfrau, der Mutter und der Ehefrau. Die dritte Arbeit soll den Bildungsroman Wilhelm Meisters Lehrjahre von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe und dessen darauffolgenden fragmentarischen Roman Heinrich von Ofterdingen von Novalis vergleichen. Im ersten Teil wird auf die progressive Universalpoesie eingegangen, die von Schlegel und Novalis erstmals geprägt und entwickelt wurde. Anschließend wird sich mit der Figur Heinrichs, welche als kritische Erwiderung Wilhelms gegenübergestellt werden kann, näher beschäftigen. Im weiteren Verlauf soll genauer auf die Darstellung und das Verhalten einzelner weiblicher Charaktere beider obigen genannten Werke eingegangen werden, insbesondere diese, welche den Verlauf beider Romane besonders beeinflussen und prägnant herausstechen. Die Reihe der Frauenfiguren in Wilhelm Meisters Lehrjahre ist zu umfangreich, um im Rahmen einer Hausarbeit umfassend und ihrer Ausmaße gerecht analysiert zu werden, infolgedessen wird sich auf die Analyse Mignons spezialisieren, aber auch Mariane und Mathilde in ihrem dargestellten Ausdruck betrachten, da diese den literarischen Werken ihre besondere Dynamik verleihen. In der vierten Arbeit wird anhand der Figur Lotte das Frauenbild in "Die Leiden des jungen Werther" analysiert und kontextualisiert. Es soll geklärt werden, wie Lotte als Frau in Die Leiden des jungen Werthers vom Protagonisten dargestellt wird und was dies über Werthers Bild der Frau aussagt. Dabei soll zunächst auf das typische Frauenbild des 18. Jahrhunderts, die Rolle der Frau in Ideal und Realität eingegangen werden, um Lotte und Werthers Vorstellungen und Erwartungen zu kontextualisieren. [...]

This book is an ambitious synthesis of the social, economic, political and cultural interactions between Greeks and non-Greeks in the Mediterranean world during the Archaic, Classical and Hellenistic periods.
