Keine Einigkeit kann darüber erlangt werden, ob ein Einkommen ohne Gegenleistung eher gut oder eher schlecht für Deutschland ist. Egal ob Befürworter oder Gegner des bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens, es bleibt ein Modell, in das zwar die Erfahrungen einiger weniger Länder einfließen, die bereits ein Grundeinkommen eingeführt haben, das aber keine letzte Gewissheit über die tatsächliche Entwicklung verschaffen kann. In dieser Hausarbeit wird einleitend der Frage nachgegangen, ob ein bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen in Deutschland als gerecht oder ungerecht betrachtet werden kann. Um dieser Frage näher nachzugehen, werden zunächst die Gerechtigkeitsgrundsätze des John Rawls vorgestellt, und anschließend das vorherrschende System und das des Grundeinkommens, unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Gerechtigkeit, betrachtet. Die Kernfrage dieser Arbeit ist jedoch, inwieweit ein bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen finanzierbar ist. Dieser Frage kann im Rahmen dieser Hausarbeit nicht detailliert nachgegangen werden, da sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Vorschläge für die Finanzierung eines Grundeinkommens existieren. Deshalb wird eine Form der Finanzierung genauer betrachtet, die, egal welches Finanzierungsmodell auch gewählt wird, in jedem Fall zum Einsatz kommt. Die Finanzierung eines Grundeinkommens durch eine Gegenfinanzierung mit bereits gezahlten Leistungen. Abschließend wird beispielhaft der Kostenpunkt der Verwaltungsgebühren untersucht, um die Frage zu klären, ob und weshalb es zu einer Minimie

Social justice has been the animating ideal of democratic governments throughout the twentieth century. Even those who oppose it recognize its potency.
