Anschließend rückt das Altersmanagement auf dieser Grundlage in den Fokus. Es werden konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben, bevor die Thematik kritisch diskutiert wird. Dazu werden unter Kapitel 2 die theoretischen Grundlagen in Bezug zu Gesundheit und Krankheit sowie das Konzept der Salutogenese detailliert beschrieben, um danach in Kapitel 3 auf die allgemeine Gesundheitsförderung und darauffolgend jene im betrieblichen Setting einzugehen. Aufbauend darauf werden im 4. Kapitel 4 von 7 Tipps nach Bürgel zur betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung erklärt, reflektiert und anhand der zuvor vorgestellten Theorie evaluiert. Mittels kritischer Literaturbetrachtung werden die niedergeschriebenen Inhalte analysiert und hinterfragt, indem die offenbarten Möglichkeiten gleichermaßen wie die Grenzen betrachtet werden.

Aufgrund der COVID-19-Pandemie mussten sich viele Unternehmen sowie deren Mitarbeitenden erstmalig mit Home-Office auseinandersetzen. Experten und Expertinnen gehen davon aus, dass sich in der Arbeitswelt eine hybride Form zwischen Home-Office und Präsenz-Tagen vor Ort entwickeln wird. Wenngleich diverse Studien sich bereits vor der Pandemie mit Vorteilen und Nachteilen von Home-Office auseinandergesetzt haben, werden psychosoziale Aspekte in der Literatur häufig vernachlässigt. Auch in der Praxis werden psychische Belastungen des Öfteren aufgrund von Unsicherheit und fehlendem Wissen in den Unternehmen nachrangig behandelt. Das vorliegende Fachbuch bietet Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen, um ihre Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich deren psychosozialer Gesundheit im Home-Office bestmöglich unterstützen können. Dafür wurden mittels Experteninterviews Faktoren erhoben, welche die psychosoziale Gesundheit im Home-Office beeinflussen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die vorliegende Thematik sehr komplex und darum differenziert zu betrachten ist. Es konnte festgestellt werden, dass die psychosoziale Gesundheit von Menschen ein ineinandergreifendes Zusammenspiel mehrerer Faktoren ist, welche im Home-Office ebenso individuell wie vielfältig sind.

This anthology provides an in-depth analysis and discusses the issues surrounding nudging and its use in legislation, regulation, and policy making more generally. The 17 essays in this anthology provide startling insights into the multifaceted debate surrounding the use of nudges in European Law and Economics. Nudging is a tool aimed at altering people’s behaviour in a predictable way without forbidding any option or significantly changing economic incentives. It can be used to help people make better decisions to influence human behaviour without forcing them because they can opt out. Its use has sparked lively debates in academia as well as in the public sphere. This book explores who decides which behaviour is desired. It looks at whether or not the state has sufficient information for debiasing, and if there are clear-cut boundaries between paternalism, manipulation and indoctrination.
