Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Technische Universität Dresden, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Seminararbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema der psychischen und physischen Gewalt als pädagogisches Zuchtmittel. Neben Begriffsdefinitionen und Erläuterungen verschiedener Gewalt- und Aggressionstheorien, gibt diese Arbeit einen umfangreichen Überblick und Vergleich über die Nutzung und Veränderung von Gewalt als ebendieses Zuchtmittel vom 18. bis zum 21. Jahrhundert und hat zum Ziel die Frage, ob diese Art zur Erziehung notwendig ist, beantworten zu können. Die Arbeit betrachtet weiterhin sowohl die Gewaltnutzung von Seiten der Erziehenden als auch von Seiten der Lernenden beziehungsweise des Kindes, wobei aufkommende Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede herausgearbeitet werden. Dabei stützen sich die Aussagen vor allem auf die Ausführungen und Studien Hafenegers in seinen Verschriftlichungen „Beschimpfen, bloßstellen, erniedrigen – Beschämung in der Pädagogik“ und „Strafen, prügeln, missbrauchen – Gewalt in der Pädagogik“.

Evolutionary aesthetics is the attempt to understand the aesthetic judgement of human beings and their spontaneous distinction between "beauty" and "ugliness" as a biologically adapted ability to make important decisions in life. The hypothesis is - both in the area of "natural beauty" and in sexuality, with regard to landscape preferences, but also in the area of "artificial beauty" (i.e. in art and design) - that beauty opens up fitness opportunities, while ugliness holds fitness risks. In this book, this adaptive view of aesthetics is developed theoretically, presented on the basis of numerous examples, and its consequences for evolutionary anthropology are illuminated.
