La Grammatica d'uso della lingua tedesca è una grammatica di pronto utilizzo, per lo studio autonomo o come supporto al libro di testo in aula, rivolto a studenti di livello A1B2 del Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento per le Lingue. Il testo è strutturato in 100 unità su doppia pagina: sulla pagina di sinistra c'è una chiara ed efficace spiegazione dei contenuti teorici, finalizzata a un uso corretto della lingua e all'acquisizione di un'immediata competenza comunicativa, mentre sulla pagina di destra sono riportati esercizi di diversa tipologia sui contenuti grammaticali affrontati nella pagina a fianco. Ogni unità presenta un singolo aspetto della grammatica tedesca; qualora l'argomento lo richieda, più unità sono dedicate allo stesso argomento. Il volume segue un'organica progressione grammaticale, tuttavia ogni unità può essere svolta in modo indipendente dalle altre. Ogni dieci unità, sono presenti esercizi di riepilogo per verificare i progressi raggiunti. Completano il testo: un'ampia appendice con l'elenco dei verbi forti, una scelta di verbi, sostantivi e aggettivi con preposizioni, alcune tabelle riassuntive dei principali elementi grammaticali e una selezione dei principali falsi amici; un ampio glossario tedescoitaliano; le soluzioni di tutti gli esercizi e un accurato indice analitico.
