El conjunto de las tarjetas se organiza en un total de 11 capítulos siguiendo el mismo abordaje regional tanto del texto como del atlas mencionado anteriormente. Se incluye también un capítulo de anatomía de superficie, otro dedicado al sistema nervioso y otro de diagnóstico por la imagen. La cara incluye o bien ilustraciones a 4 colores o bien una imagen de radiodiagnóstico (Rx, TC o RMN) de una estructura/área del cuerpo en particular con etiquetas en blanco que señalan las estructuras anatómicas relevantes. En el dorso, se encuentran los términos de cada etiqueta así como las y en la mayoría de ellas un pequeño apartado en donde se pone de relevancia la correlación clínica. Las Flashcards se encuentras organizadas en 11 capítulos siguiendo el mismo abordaje regional que el libro de referencia.
