Therefore, cause-related marketing has been the newest marketing strategies for the corporate. But whether these marketing activities can really induce consumers' positive attitude or not, so this is the main topic will be discussed in this study. Recently, with the rapidly growths of cheat crimes, the source credibility of message will be inevitablely the most important cues in the consumers' decision making processes, such as the widely wisdom or heuristics notify that "experts can be trusted "and "consensus implies correctness". Therefore, this study proposes a conceptual framework for investigating consumers' buying decision based on cause-related marketing activities, and further explores the issues of how consumers use their heuristics.The experimental scenario will be arranged in this study. These are two factors between-subject design and we include two levels for each factor (source credibility:high, low; task importance: high, low). Furthermore, based on the viewpoints of heuristics we investigate the influences of two independent variables on consumers' buying decisions. Moreover, the interaction effect of two independent variables on buying decisions will be explored and analyzed. Additionally, the construct of need for cognition by individual subjects are measured, in order to explore their moderating effect on buying decisions accompanied by two independent variables, i.e., source credibility and task importance. A Diode laser is a kind of small solid-state laser with coupling long life. It has good characteristics of high photoelectric conversion and couples optical fiber to manufacture in material processing. Because output power was only milliwatts or less than a few watts in the early days, the range of applications was mostly in the optoelectronic and biomedical fields. In recent years, technological advances have led to diode array development and the application of diode laser power has increased to tens of watts, allowing the diode laser to branch out into the field of industrial manufacturing. The kilowatts of ultra-high power diode lasers also have long been available, making the ability to process high-profile become prominent. This paper uses a diode laser of wavelength {21244b} = 988nm, with a maximum output power of 200W. The 988nm wavelength is suitable for the laser transmission to process plastics, while 200W output of power is enough to process sheet metals. In order to understand diode laser processing capacity, we use experiment material of 304 stainless steel, 64 titanium alloy and PMMA polymers, to explore a wider range of processing capacity from diode laser. Experiment results show a thickness of 3mm or less of the 304 stainless steel can be successfully welded with full penetration. The same result is observed with the 64 titanium. As for the PMMA, diode laser show the high material removal rate from black PMMA when using the parameter conditions P/V = 0.3 that can remove depth of material to 1.5mm or more. The effects of the color of PMMA on laser transmission welding are also investigated. The experimental results show that white PMMA is not suitable for laser transmission welding. The proper range of the laser machining conditions for the red, yellow and blue PMMA are P/V = 0.3~

Performance in construction industry generally refers to all aspects of construction process (Productivity, Safety, Time, Quality) in which productivity represents the efficiency in intensive labor operation. This study used underground Diaphragms Wall construction in THSR Southern Taiwan Science Park vibration mitigation project as a case study for productivity. In addition to using productivity method developed by Thomas H. R. to analyze information gathered, lost work hours in each work shift due to impact factors were also investigated by this study.This study primarily focused on: (1) the discussion of impact factors for Diaphragms Wall project productivity; (2) the clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management-level factors on productivity in order to come up with more meaningful performance assessments for the contractors. This study used 2 methods: (1) Productivity-related theoretical constructs and models developed by Thomas H. R. ; (2) multiple regression analysis. Actual construction logs for 3 construction sites were collected by this study. By analyzing daily construction log and productivity, main factors in influencing Diaphragms Wall construction productivity as well as clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management factors on productivity were investigated by this study. This study has come up with 3 findings: (1) after eliminating the interference of impact factors, Expected Baseline Productivity of Diaphragms Wall male-panel was measured at 28.9
