Diese Erkenntnisse und die Geschichten dahinter wollte ich schließlich in einem Buch an viele weiterreichen. Und dann kam COVID-19 oder das, was die Menschen daraus machten. Dies bot mir eine ungeahnte Möglichkeit und so erweiterte ich die Grundidee des Buches für ein umweltfreundliches Verhalten um einen Zeitzeugen-Bericht von 90 Tagen zu Beginn der ausgerufenen Pandemie, anhand meiner eigenen Erlebnisse mit allem, was einen Menschen ausmacht: meinen Gedanken, meinen Gefühlen und meinen Handlungen. Ein liebevoller und friedvoller Weg in einer Zeit, in der die Angst scheinbar dominiert, welche Herausforderungen dies mit sich brachte und was daraus folgte, davon erzählt dieses Buch.
