Seit mehreren Monaten ist Birgit Theresa mit ihrem "Streitmobil" unterwegs: Mit ihrem Bus fährt sie durch die Lande und bietet Unterstützung bei der Konfliktlösung an. Dabei ist sie vor allem den Träumen und Veränderungswünschen hinter Konflikten auf der Spur. Sie besucht die Menschen vor Ort und arbeitet in Einzelsitzungen, in einer Gruppe oder in der Familie miteinander. Das kann in der Auseinandersetzung mit einem Chef die Entscheidung sein, selbst Chefin zu werden, im Erbstreit mit einem Familienmitglied der Wunsch, alte Ungerechtigkeiten endlich aufzuheben, oder im Konflikt mit einem Nachbarn der Wunsch, mehr Vertrauen und Mitmenschlichkeit zu entwickeln." Conflict Facilitation, Prozess- oder Weltarbeit sind Namen für diese Methode, entwickelt vom amerikanischen Psychotherapeuten, Physiker und Autor Arnold Mindell. Alle Menschen, Gefühle, Stimmungen und Ansichten in einem Konflikt haben eine Berechtigung und sollten gehört werden.
