Thought provoking analysis of new ways of thinking about the universe. Version 3.0 adds solutions and explains contradictions observed in Cepheid and Type Ia supernova universe expansion curves, galaxy rotation curves and dark energy/dark matter observations as "time-sliced" mass quantum particle collisions in local space geometry originating from distant emission "deep time" events. Extends but does not invalidate the approximations of Quantum Field Theory or general relativity. Mass quantum "halos" traveling at constant velocity speeds and variable energy levels (angular spin velocity) originating from deep space and distant time cause changes in inertia in local space particle collisions creating the observed changes in the inertia of gas clouds and stars in galaxies known today as dark energy and dark matter observations. This "invisible matter" is no longer present in these galaxies for the same reason photons are no longer present in these galaxies because they have identical absorption/emission behaviors but differ by magnitude in energy effects by 1.0x10(40) in scale. Dark energy and dark matter are not currently present in these composite "time-slice" images, but mass quantum collision events in the past causes composite image dark matter effects in the same way photons can cause two massive steel plates to change inertia toward each other. This book explains why there is a difference in observed photons radiated from accelerated electrons in photon fields and why no photons are radiated from accelerated electrons in a gravitational field. This cannot be currently explained by either quantum field theory or general relativity. It can be explained by mass quantum local collision theory and screening geometry as a function of different particles with almost identical behaviors weakly interacting with each other to create observed quantum scale and cosmology scale phenomenon. Version 2.0 adds foundations for quantized discreet mathematics to modify existing Quantum Field Theory and General Relativity cosmology equations to restrict calculations to finite values and limits of finite reality by removing zeroes and infinities in the mathematics of number theory, geometry, trigonometry, differential calculus and integral calculus. Adds an explanation the Higgs mechanism is an short lived, electroweak decay mechanism at high 1.25GeV collision energies, not a long acting gravity mechanism or free-state mass quantum mechanism causing gravity. The Higgs may absorb and emit free-state mass quantum in the decay process forming other bosons, electron's, neutrinos, and quarks of different masses. Adds a glossary for matrix mechanics and general relativity tensor definitions. Minor version 1.1 update includes calculations for black hole, neutron star and supernova mass quantum boson collision size and relative collision density of "weak gravity" environment to black hole event horizon environment. Estimates the size of the mass quantum "boson" at 8.04e-50m and smaller than a photon "boson" at 1.6e-31m. Includes formulations for boson collision mathematics, new equations for inertia, acceleration, and descriptions for what happens inside the electron during photon capture. Dispels myth and human analogies which are incorrect about worm holes, time travel, wave duality, quantum entanglement and multiverses. Provides rules for realistic physical interpretations of boson collision and gravity interactions. Note: This book is an incomplete and evolving research manuscript which will correct syntax and errors in logic as they are discovered or validated by experiment in future theoretical investigations and companion books "How to Succeed at Understanding Physics", "How to Succeed at Understanding Gravity", How to Succeed at Understanding Newtonian Theory" and "How to Succeed at Understanding Quantum Field Theory" M. A Scientific Introduction to Subatomic particles, Alien Intelligence, and Human Space Exploration (For the Cosmically Curious): There are many fundamental questions about the universe that have intrigued scientists, philosophers, and ordinary people for centuries. Here are a few of them: What is the universe made of? This is one of the most basic questions about the universe. Scientists have identified a number of different types of matter and energy, including atoms, subatomic particles, dark matter, and dark energy, but there is still much we don't know. How did the universe begin? The origin of the universe is a subject of intense study and debate. The prevailing theory is the Big Bang, which suggests that the universe began as a singularity and has been expanding ever since. What is the ultimate fate of the universe? Will it keep on expanding indefinitely or will it ultimately come to an end? Some theories suggest that the universe may end in a "big rip" or a "big crunch," while others suggest that it will continue to expand indefinitely. What is the nature of space and time? These are fundamental concepts that are still not fully understood. Some theories suggest that space and time are intertwined and that they can be distorted by the presence of matter and energy. Are there other universes beyond our own? Some theories suggest that our universe may be just one of many in a "multiverse." Although this theory is yet hypothetical, it is a fascinating concept that could have significant ramifications for our comprehension of the cosmos. These are just a few of the many fundamental questions about the universe that scientists and philosophers continue to explore. "Understanding the Universe: Quarks, Leptons and the Big Bang" is a comprehensive exploration of the fundamental principles that govern the universe we live in. From the tiniest particles to the grandest structures in the cosmos, this book takes readers on a journey of discovery through the mysteries of modern physics and cosmology. Starting with an introduction to the basic building blocks of matter, the book delves into the strange world of quarks and leptons, exploring their properties and interactions. It then examines the forces that govern the behavior of matter, including the strong and weak nuclear forces, electromagnetism, and gravity. The book also covers the history of the universe, from its origins in the Big Bang to the present day, and discusses the evolution of stars and galaxies. Readers will gain a deep understanding of the structure of the universe, its expansion, and the mysterious dark matter and dark energy that make up the vast majority of its mass. Filled with engaging examples, clear explanations, and fascinating insights, "Understanding the Universe: Quarks, Leptons and the Big Bang" is a must-read for anyone interested in the inner workings of the cosmos. Whether you're a student of physics, a science enthusiast, or simply curious about the universe, this book will provide you with a solid foundation for understanding the world around us.

When observing the sky on a very clear, dark night, the soft glow of the Milky Way with its thousands of stars can be seen with the naked eye. Over the centuries since Galileo Galilei first pointed a telescope at the galaxy in 1609, this awe-inspiring yet easily visible panorama was our cosmos, our celestial world. With each new scientific discovery, however, this cosmos has grown dramatically, increasing rapidly over the last several decades. As we look deeper into space, the earlier phases of the cosmos are unveiled to us, but we know that even with the largest telescopes, we will see only a tiny fraction of the vast expanse of the universe. In Astronomy’s Limitless Journey, astrophysicist Günther Hasinger takes the reader on a journey to the far reaches of the universe—an exciting time travel that begins with the incredibly hot fireball of the Big Bang roughly 13.8 billion years ago and ends in distant eons with its cold, dark demise. In between lie the times in which extensive structures, galaxies, stars, and planets form. As the field of astrophysics and cosmology experiences a “golden age” due to larger telescopes, faster computers, and more sophisticated algorithms, fundamental changes are taking place in our understanding of space and time and of the origin and future of our universe. Hasinger thoroughly explains these fascinating revelations and describes the methods utilized in modern astrophysics. He cautions, however, that the boundaries between knowledge and ignorance shift constantly; where our knowledge is so incomplete such that we can only speculate, the journey becomes shaky. Indeed, every new discovery opens a further door to the unknown and with every answered question, we discover more locked doors still to be opened.

After reviewing several success methods over the years, I was (and am) convinced that success principles work, but have never been convinced by any of the explanations for why they worked. Recently I was grappling with some of the contemporary theories of physics being examined in scientific circles. As my understanding of the principles behind these theories grew, I realized they provided a solid explanation of why "success principles" (pretty much any of them) actually lead to success. This is not just a different way of looking at the world, but at the entire Universe; it's similar to trying to grasp the fact that the earth is round instead of flat. I start with underlying concepts - everyday stuff - and building on those, introduce concepts that are routine to modern physicists, but hardly known at all to the general population. After the basic concepts are presented, I propose a viewpoint that uses these concepts to explain why things happen, even on a personal level; perhaps especially on a personal level. With this new paradigm, you will be able to clearly understand why success principles work, no matter what their source.
