It has not only changed my body flexibility but also provided me with a stress-free sound mind. As a result of that, I think yoga is a way to prepare oneself for getting success in life. I have written this book to give the reader the knowledge to do various types of yoga and pranayama to control the fitness of both body and mind. My advice is that read this book and practice these yogas and pranayamas to get benefits.
