Diese Neuausrichtung löste auch in der Neurorehabilitation des Kantonsspitals Luzern eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit diesem WHO-Modell aus. Seit 10 Jahren werden in Luzern praktische Anwendungsansätze erarbeitet. Der Erfolg dieser Umsetzung zeichnet sich offensichtlich in einer optimierten interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und einer umfassenden, patientenbezogenen und alltagsrelevanten Zielsetzung in der Rehabilitation ab. Die vorliegende Monographie bezweckt, die ICF den verschiedenen in der Rehabilitation tätigen Berufsgruppen näher zu bringen. Forschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,3, Katholische Hochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen, Veranstaltung: Forschungsprojekt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die internationale Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit (ICF) wurde im Mai 2001 von der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) verabschiedet. Die WHO richtet damit einen erweiterten Blick auf Probleme der Gesundheit und Einschränkungen der Teilhabe. Die WHO verfolgt mit der ICF unter anderem Ziele, wie das Schaffen einer wissenschaftlichen Grundlage für das Verstehen und das Studium des Gesundheitszustandes und den Aufbau einer Basis zur Umsetzung von rehabilitativen Interventionsmodellen. Grundsätzlich soll die ICF einen Rahmen für die Beseitigung oder den Abbau von gesellschaftsbedingten Hindernissen bieten und die soziale Unterstützung verbessern. Durch die Wahrnehmung und Beachtung von Partizipationsmöglichkeiten sowie Umwelt- und personenbezogener Faktoren soll der sozialen Dimension des Menschen stärker Rechnung getragen werden. Mit der Einführung der ICF in die Praxis der psychiatrischen Eingliederungshilfe im Wohnverbund und Betreuten Wohnen der A B GmbH vor etwa 2 Jahren steht den Mitarbeitern/Innen ein Instrument zur Verfügung, das eine umfassendere Orientierung zur individuellen Teilhabeplanung ermöglichen soll. Insbesondere die Teilhabeperspektive mit einem Verständnis von Behinderung als bio-psycho-soziales Gesundheitsproblem unter Einbeziehung beruflicher und sozialer Ressourcen sowie förderlicher und hemmender Kontextfaktoren spielt in der Betreuung der Klienten eine zentrale Rolle. Wie können Mitarbeiter/Innen in der Praxis die ICF nutzen und davon profitieren? Mit etwa 1400 Kategorien und 30 Kapiteln weist die ICF eine komplexe Struktur und eine Vielzahl von Anwendungsgebieten auf, die die Handhabung im praktischen Alltag erschwert. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Transfer der ICF in der psychiatrischen Rehabilitation am Beispiel des Wohnverbunds und Betreuten Wohnens der AB GmbH untersucht. Dazu wurden vier Sozialarbeiterinnen, ein Sozialarbeiter und ein Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger befragt. Das vorrangige Forschungsinteresse bestand darin, durch Befragungen von Experten (Experteninterviews) herauszufinden, wie der Kenntnisstand und die Grundeinstellungen zur ICF sind und welche Chancen das Modell bietet bzw. wo die Schwierigkeiten im Umgang damit liegen. Die Erhebung des Status Quo seit der Einführung der ICF sollte der Auseinandersetzung im Rahmen der Professionalitäten der Teammitglieder und der Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten des Instruments dienen.
