Die steigende Verbreitung von Elektrofahrzeugen führt zu Veränderungen und Herausforderungen im Mobilitätssektor. Nicht nur das Kfz-Gewerbe ist betroffen, ebenso kommen Pannen- und Abschleppdienste sowie Feuerwehren und Rettungsdienste mit Elektrofahrzeugen in Berührung. Anhand einer Online-Umfrage unter 306 Beschäftigten der betroffenen Bereiche werden die, mit der Elektromobilität einhergehenden, Herausforderungen ermittelt. Außerdem wird aufgezeigt, inwieweit die Bereiche bereits heute auf Veränderungen vorbereitet sind. Zusätzlich werden Experteninterviews durchgeführt, um die Ergebnisse der Umfrage zu verifizieren und weitere Erkenntnisse zu erlangen. Es stellt sich heraus, dass die Implementierung von Hochvoltkomponenten neue Gefährdungspotentiale für Beschäftigte mit sich bringt und unter anderem spezielle Schulungen erfordert. Besonders im Kfz-Gewerbe und in Feuerwehren/Rettungsdiensten besteht ein hoher Schulungsbedarf. Zur Lösung der identifizierten Probleme werden in dieser Thesis ein innovatives Schulungskonzept vorgestellt sowie Handlungsempfehlungen entwickelt.
