Lo scopo primario del volume è l’approfondimento della tematica della vacanza rovinata ed il conseguente risarcimento. Il principale punto di vista adottato è quello del turista/consumatore, ovvero colui che necessita di una maggiore tutela poiché spesso vittima inconsapevole dei danni patiti durante quel periodo di riposo e svago denominato “vacanza”.
