Incisive riflessioni in tal senso promanano dagli studiosi dell’Istituto di Filosofia del diritto, dal laboratorio di Ermeneutica giuridica e dall’Accademia Internazionale di Filosofia del diritto ‘Sapienza’. Come è noto all’emergere di una ‘tendenza antifilosofica’, non solo negli studi giuridici, rispondono le critiche di pensatori e giuristi come Giorgio Del Vecchio, Giuseppe Capograssi, Widar Cesarini Sforza, Sergio Panunzio, Vezio Crisafulli, Flavio Lopez de Oñate, Felice Battaglia, Carlo Esposito, Giacomo Perticone, Guido Gonella, Emilio Betti; al contempo, considerato lo Statuto a propensione internazionale dell’Istituto di Filosofia del diritto, continua il dialogo, interrotto solo dalle leggi razziali, con personalità di rilievo quali Gustav Radbruch, Roscoe Pound, Hans Kelsen, Julius Binder, Miguel Reale, in virtù soprattutto delle iniziative di Del Vecchio, presente con la sua opera anche in Germania, negli Stati Uniti e nei paesi dell’America Latina. Alla redazione hanno contribuito tutti gli studiosi dell’Istituto di Filosofia del diritto.
