Ci si è interrogati su come contrastare e prevenire la logica della violenza; quali le buone prassi operative e, al tempo stesso, la posizione dei genitori e la valutazione della inidoneità genitoriale nei contesti maltrattanti e, quale conseguenza, l’individuazione degli indicatori per l’affidamento dei soggetti minorenni.
