Quale rapporto v’è tra atto giuridico e documento? Se è vero che l’agire nel e per il diritto avviene (normalmente) mediante l’esecuzione di atti di linguaggio, è anche vero che spesso, e soprattutto con l’avvento dell’ITC, il linguaggio tende a ridursi a un insieme di dati e informazioni che immettiamo su pagine web e sistemi informatici.
