Il motivo che mi ha spinto a pubblicare queste mie riflessioni, è stato causato dall’infarto che la mattina del 10 luglio scorso, mi ha obbligato ad una deviazione obbligatoria repentina. Dai sintomi che provavo sembrava un nonnulla invece, giunto al Pronto Soccorso, i Dottori mi hanno diagnosticato un infarto coronarico acuto. Da quel momento, per me tutto è cambiato. Nel periodo di quindici giorni, trascorso in ospedale, ho incontrato dottori, dottoresse, infermiere e personale paramedico che mi hanno preso in cura, mi hanno stabilizzato, prima, e poi mi hanno curato e fatto guarire. Nel ristretto spazio della rianimazione e della corsia, la mia fantasia, la mia anima e la mia mente volavano continuamente e con l’aiuto del mio telefonino sono riuscito a fissare a sommi capi le riflessioni di carattere materiale e spirituale, che poi sono diventate parte di questo libro. La prima parte riguarda il periodo trascorso in ospedale. La seconda, riguarda la convalescenza a casa tra le mille domande, difficoltà ed ansie. La terza parte riguarda una serie di riflessioni che cercano di dare una spiegazione ad una presa di coscienza molto chiara: La mia vita è imperfetta. Messe insieme come fossero un alfabeto. Per non dimenticare nulla, dopo aver scoperto che la mia vita imperfetta, necessita di mille cure, mille ripensamenti e cambi di rotta. Ora, affido questo libro a chi lo vorrà leggere come fosse un diario di chi ha capito al volo che l’opportunità avuta in questa occasione, è forse unica e ciò che ho provato io, potrebbe ritornare utile a chi ha provato le mie stesse emozioni, paure e si è domandato le stesse cose che mi sono domandato io. Non ho nessuna pretesa se non di dare conforto a chi si trova ora nella mia situazione che ha avuto inizio il 10 di luglio alle 4 di mattina e che ancora non ha avuto una risposta definitiva.
