Sono anni di grandi produzioni televisive, di copertine patinate e ruoli importanti, ma anche di privazioni, rigore e sofferenza, che la portano a pesare fino 34 chili. La strada dell'accettazione di sé nasce solo dalla consapevolezza, e il primo, indispensabile passo per lasciarsi alle spalle i disturbi del comportamento alimentare è parlarne senza vergogna. Ma senza nemmeno trascurare gli errori e i momenti difficili, perché anche nel racconto della guarigione bisogna evitare il rischio di volersi mostrare perfetti e infallibili.
