Attualmente è Maestro Cintura Nera VI Dan di kickboxing; Istruttore C. N. III Dan di karate; Istruttore C. N. I Dan di kobudo; personal trainer. È inoltre Professore di Filosofia e docente. Come agonista, si afferma nella kickboxing vincendo per 12 volte Campionati Mondiali dilettantistici tra il 2006 e il 2016; nel light contact Professionistico diventa Campione Italiano nel 2014 ed Europeo per le sigle CISCAM (2015) e WMAC (2018). Nei settori del karate e kobudo vince Campionati Italiani, Europei e Mondiali dal 2013 al 2020, confrontandosi in numerose realtà Federali e Enti di Promozione Sportiva. Dal 2018 Direttore Sportivo Nazionale Italiano del settore forme per la Federazione Internazionale WMAC (World Martial Arts Committee), e da inizio 2020 Responsabile Federale del settore kobudo per la Federazione UKS Italia.

«L’uomo è l’animale che parla, vive nel linguaggio. Questa constatazione è alla base di tutta la filosofia, da Platone a Heidegger. Il linguaggio è insomma solo una parte, anche se certamente dominante, della comunicazione. La prima parte affronta quei temi, da tutti conosciuti, di educazione motoria del bambino, con una visione del tutto personale, la seconda parte è una raccolta di esercizi e giochi (, divisi per argomento e facili da comprendere, con spazi idee (proposte personali) per far riflettere il lettore, la terza parte consiste in un approccio del come comportarsi in caso di infortunio del bambino e dare semplici nozioni sulle principali patologie di queste fasce di età, ed infine l'ultima parte è un gioco di similitudini che esistono tra il basket e la birra (B&B).
