“Il senso e la norma” è una raccolta di dodici studi di Giuseppe Lorini il cui file rouge consiste nella indagine della relazione tra il senso (il significato) e la norma. Emund Husserl scrisse che il senso non può essere un pezzo reale dell’oggetto, quasi che il senso sia una pellicola che ricopre le cose, ma che non fa parte di esse. Dal libro “Il senso e la norma” emerge un’immagine alternativa del senso e della relazione tra il senso e le cose. In particolare, questa immagine si scompone in tre differenti adombramenti che hanno al centro la norma: (i) il senso come componente della realtà-costituita-da-norme, (ii) il senso come componente delle norme stesse, (iii) il senso come condizione trascendentale della realtà-costituita-da-norme.Il libro si rivolge a studiosi e studenti che intendano approfondire questioni di filosofia della norma, filosofia del linguaggio normativo e ontologia del diritto.Giuseppe Lorini insegna Filosofia del diritto e Teoria generale del diritto all’Università di Cagliari. È autore di “Dimensioni giuridiche dell’istituzionale” (Padova, 2000); “Oggetto e atto. Contributo alla Filosofia del diritto” (Torino, Giappichelli, 2008); “Il valore logico delle norme” (Bari, 2012); è co-autore (insieme ad A.G. Conte, P. Di Lucia, A. Incampo, W. Zelaniec) di “Ricerche di Filosofia del diritto” (Torino, Giappichelli, 2007); è curatore di “Atto giuridico” (Bari, 2012); è co-curatore (insieme a L. This work is intended to offer to anyone still intending to devote himself to the Socratic problem a reliable means of approach by providing, first of all, a complete history of the problem itself, from its first appearance during Socrates' lifetime up to the present day.
