The only way to achieve this to do it for a prolonged period of time, most habits take twenty-one days to change. So roughly it takes three weeks, for your brain to reprogram and change habits, but for those three weeks you will require a lot of willpower in order for change to happen.Keep doing your new habit until it feels like second nature, that's when it means you have changed your habit.
