Education and Learning process in higher education always growth and expand. Especially in pandemic Covid -19 situation, higher education have to adapt with situation and innovate with how to deliver knowledge and sharpening skill. However in pandemic Covid-19 situation or crisis always have opportunities to elevate learning method. For Lectures and students cooperate together to make teaching and learning became great experience, and get more knowledge and skill together. In this article, I shared my experience with challenges when delivered Business Plan knowledge and skill, and also how to increase entrepreneurial motivation, skill and entrepreneurial spirit of the students. The strategies with combining teaching and coaching method at Management Department, Universitas Kristen Maranatha in 2021. Hopefully this article can give more information and give insight for other educators who have the same challenges to use the same method or combining coaching method to give better entrepreneurial knowledge, skill, and intention for our students.

Small businesses have increasingly been recognized as a source of innovation, and one way in which the Federal government encourages such innovation is through the Small Business Innovation Research program. SBIR sets aside 2.5 percent of federal agencies' R&D budgets for R&D grants to small business. Although the program's budget was nearly $1.2 billion in 1998, SBIR has been subject to relatively little outside review. As part of the STEP's ongoing project on Government-Industry Partnerships, the Board convened policymakers, academic researchers, and representatives from small business to discuss the program's history and rationale, review existing research, and identify areas for further research and program improvements.

This is an open access book. The Unima International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanity (UNICSSH) 2022 was conducted on October, 11th – 13th 2022, at The Grand Kawanua International City, Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. As part of KONASPI X activities, Universitas Negeri Manado is holding the 2022 International Conference on Education, Social Science, and Humanities (ICESSHum). The topics in this international conference are Education, Law, Politics and Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, and Humanities. Through these themes, it is expected to involve many professionals who have indirect roles in related fields.
