It's all about being yourself. Coffee Break is not even a philosophy, it simply tries to let you know how simple life is and how we tend to make it complicated. Our needs are very few, but our lives are driven by consumerism. Our relationships are really warm but we are controlled by our pre-conceived notions of perfectionism and compatibility. Our health is the greatest asset, yet we ignore to invest time to take its account. Coffee Break, in itself is an amazing experience derived from experience of many lives around me.
