Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Aufbauend auf den erfolgten Erklärungen zur wissenschaftlichen Einordnung der Arbeit und seiner Relevanz erfolgen im Anschluss an diesen Abschnitt relevante theoretische Grundlagen, Begriffsbestimmungen und Definitionen als Basis der weiteren Kapitel. Im 2ten Kapitel, wird der makroökonomische Rahmen der Arbeit durch einen Überblick über den Transformationsprozess der brasilianischen Wirtschaft, einer Analyse der Forschungslandschaft Brasiliens und der Charakteristika des Marktes für angewandte Forschung und Engineering zunächst mit Blick auf Brasilien, dann fokussiert auf RS, geformt. Ziel dieses Kapitels ist es, dem Leser einen möglichst prägnanten Überblick der relevanten Sektoren Brasiliens zu geben, welche für den weiteren Verlauf der Arbeit relevant sind. Nachdem in Kapitel 2 der Zielmarkt hinsichtlich seiner Strukturen und v.a. seiner Aufnahmefähigkeit, von der Nachfrageseite dargestellt wurde, wird in Kapitel 3 ein, wenn auch beengter, Einblick in die Angebotsseite in Form dreier Fallstudien gegeben. In den Fallstudien werden Internationalisierungsstrategien technischer Dienstleistungsunternehmen und ihrer Vorgehensweise bei der Erschließung des Zielmarktes betrachtet. Aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen der marktlichen Analyse, des 2ten Kapitels, und den vorgestellten Markteintrittstrategien, Kapitel 3, werden diverse Grundlagen für den Markteintritt der FhG in Kapitel 4 erarbeitet. Hierbei wird vor allem auf den organisatorischen Rahmen und die Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten der Institutionalisierung, des Markteintritts eingegangen. Kurz werden dazu noch Aspekte der Firmierung zur Abrundung einer Markterschließung erörtert. Kapitel 5 schließt den Rahmen der Arbeit mit einer zusammenfassenden kombinierten Bewertung der vorausgegangenen Ergebnisse, in Hinblick auf mögliche Rückschlüsse und Implikationen für die Internationalisierung technischer Dienstleistungsunternehmen und ihren Markteintritt in Brasilien. Im Anhang der Arbeit werden etwaige Darstellungen, die nicht zwingend in den vorderen Teil der Arbeit gehören, einem allgemeinen Verständnis jedoch zuträglich sind, angeführt.
