"En este libro se abordan algunos tópicos esenciales de la interpretación jurídica en general y de la interpretación constitucional en particular, desde el plano de la filosofía jurídica. Es necesario señalar que en el contenido del libro no sólo se advierte un tratamiento conceptual y lógico de las principales instituciones de la interpretación jurídica en general y de la interpretación constitucional en particular, sino también, se deja entrever a lo largo de los capítulos del texto, la defensa de una posición y la crítica hacia otras posturas".
