Io amo la vita è un testamento spirituale di una madre, Viorica, per i suoi figli. Viorica vuole infatti che anche loro conoscano le proprie origini e non le dimentichino, e che soprattutto siano consapevoli di tutto ciò che lei ha dovuto affrontare: le tante e talvolta dolorose esperienze vissute. Ma quello che si percepisce sin dalle prime pagine è l’approccio positivo di questa incredibile donna moldava, che riesce sempre a cogliere il “bello” di ogni situazione e che mai si piange addosso. È questa una storia di coraggio, di amore – un amore sconfinato – e di gratitudine verso le donne e gli uomini che la protagonista ha incontrato lungo la sua strada. Ma è anche uno spaccato delle vicende di tante altre persone immigrate in Italia: il racconto personale di Viorica diventa così la testimonianza di tutti coloro che hanno dovuto abbandonare la loro terra e che, da clandestini quali erano, sono oggi parte integrante del nostro tessuto sociale. Viorica Cocos è nata in Moldavia nel 1983 ed emigrata in Italia nel 2003. Sposata con tre figli, vive e lavora a Brescia. Viorica e il marito hanno costruito la loro famiglia in Italia partendo da zero, con tanti sacrifici ma anche con molte soddisfazioni. Attualmente è un’operatrice olistica: si occupa di crescita personale e spirituale delle donne e svolge principalmente la sua attività on line. Organizza anche incontri femminili in presenza per imparare tecniche per raggiungere un buon equilibrio interiore. Io amo la vita è un invito non solo ai suoi figli, ma anche a tutti coloro che la conoscono e che la conosceranno, ad essere consapevoli del dono prezioso che abbiamo: la vita!
