LIFE WITHOUT MY LOVE. For late in the fall the love of my life, Met with God to discuss her short life. She was a young thing, gone before her time, As people were saying, gone before her prime. The day she left was very sad to her friends, She will be missed by family until the end. Her long flowing hair, light brown with highlights, That glimmered in the magical moonlight. Her eyes of blue have been closed to all, Lying peacefully is what she will do for all. Her hands placed like she is praying to God, With a small smile on her face, to please God. We know that she has made it to heaven, While on earth, she made it seem like heaven. She treated everyone with respect and admiration, The love in her heart was greater than any affirmation. We shall carry her picture in our mind, And love her until the end of our time. We will know she can now watch over us, For we hope she will help to guide us. I will say a prayer every day from now on, So she will know, I will not forget her from now on. She will be in my heart, because she was my love, I will enjoy when we meet again and fall in love.

"One Heartbeat Away" sums up feelings for most of everyone's life experiences and has helped the author express himself in a productive way.
