Hak penggunaan rakaman muzik adalah dengan kebenaran para penyelidik yang telah tercatat dalam buku ini dan petikan yang digunakan adalah dengan kebenaran mereka. Sebahagian lagu yang terdapat dalam CD tersebut diambil daripada piring hitam lama, 78rpm tahun 1930-an. Terdapat beberapa rakaman muzik baru dalam CD tersebut adalah dengan kebenaran komposernya.
