Il volume raccoglie gli studi e gli approfondimenti dei principali temi che si sono proposti all’attenzione della Commissione di certificazione dei contratti di lavoro dell’Università degli Studi Roma Tre nei tredici anni trascorsi dalla sua operatività nel 2011. Si passano dunque in esame, con approccio teorico-ricostruttivo e tecnico-operativo, i momenti salienti della attività delle commissioni e la metodologia di analisi dei principali istituti lavoristici affrontati dalla Commissione di certificazione di Roma Tre.
