Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Wissenschaftstheorie, Anthropologie, Note: 2, Bayerische Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (Philosophische Fakultät III), Veranstaltung: Menschenrecht, Menschenwürde und Bildung der Person., Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: „Alle Menschen sind frei und gleich an Würde und Rechten geboren.“ Die Menschenwürde gilt für den Menschen als solchen, unabhängig von seiner ethischen Zugehörigkeit, seiner Religion und Weltanschauung, seinen politischen Überzeugungen, seiner gesellschaftlichen Stellung, seinem Gesundheitszustand, seinem Geschlecht und sonstigen möglichen Unterscheidungen der Menschen. Zudem wird die Menschenwürde als der allgemeine Nenner bezeichnet, der die ethischen Grundanliegen einer Gesellschaft zum Ausdruck bringt und sich in ihrem Rechtsverständnis widerspiegelt. Der Begriff der Menschenwürde ist im Laufe der Geschichte vielfältigen Einflüssen und Wandlungen unterlegen. Eine bestimmte Art den Menschen, seine Würde und sein Recht zu Denken wird Thema dieser Arbeit sein. Besonders werden die Gedanken von Karl Marx zu dem Recht des Individuums und dem Recht der Gesellschaft bzw. einer Allgemeinheit aufgezeigt. Die Werke und das Denken von Karl Marx ist sehr komplex, wodurch die vorliegende Arbeit nicht den Anspruch erhebt, ein umfassendes Bild zu geben, sondern sich auf den Text „Zur Judenfrage“ konzentriert. Karl Marx wurde gewählt, da sich zu seiner Lebzeit der Begriff der Menschenwürde hin zu einem politischen Schlagwort der Arbeiterbewegung modifizierte und er sich als ein Denker mit Politik, Ethik, Recht, Bildung und Pädagogik beschäftigte. Sein Text „Zur Judenfrage“ gibt einen Einblick in die Komplexität des Themas Menschenrecht und seinen unterschiedlichen Einflüssen. Im Vorfeld lässt sich hinweisend sagen, dass Marx zwar in seiner Theorie von einem entfremdeten unmenschlichen Menschen der Gegenwart ausgeht jedoch an einen positiven, menschlichen, den „Totalen Menschen“ der Zukunft, glaubt.
