This is an open access book. The Unima International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanity (UNICSSH) 2022 was conducted on October, 11th – 13th 2022, at The Grand Kawanua International City, Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. In 2022, Universitas Negeri Manado will host the Indonesian National Education Convention (KONASPI) X. Konaspi is a routine activity of the PPTKN which is held once every four years. The fourth industrial revolution (4.0) is marked by technological advances and supported by artificial intelligence that creates opportunities and challenges for the education system. University and vocational school graduates are facing a world transformed by technology which in turn is transforming the workplace from task-based to human-centered characteristics. Certain skills such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, cognitive flexibility, and knowledge production are required. To answer this demand, the education system must put revolutionary innovation on its agenda. Scholars, researchers, and practitioners are invited to share ideas, research results, and best practices about education, science, and technology now and in the future at an international conference held by Universitas Negeri Manado as part of the Indonesian National Education Convention (KONASPI). As part of KONASPI X activities, Universitas Negeri Manado is holding the 2022 International Conference on Education, Social Science, and Humanities (ICESSHum). The topics in this international conference are Education, Law, Politics and Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, and Humanities. Through these themes, it is expected to involve many professionals who have indirect roles in related fields. Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru pada tiga sekolah penggerak dengan jenjang yang berbeda di Kota Samarinda, terdapat persamaan yakni (1) melihat kebutuhan dari sekolah dan gurunya dalam menentukan tujuan perencanaan, (2) kepala sekolah dan guru terlibat langsung dalam menyusun perencanaan, (3) jumlah guru yang telah linier dan tersertifikasi serta kemampuan guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang menjadi dasar penyusunan perencanaan, (4) perencanaan merupakan alternatif terbaik untuk saat ini dan akan ada penyesuaian sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Adapun Kemiripan terdapat pada jenjang sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama yakni (1) pelibatan pengawas sekolah dalam menyusun perencanaan, (2) kualifikasi guru yang menjadi dasar penyusunan perencanaan. Serta terdapat perbedaan yakni : (1) pada jenjang sekolah dasar perencanaan berdasarkan kesulitan para guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informatika. (2) pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama, tujuan perencanaan tidak terlepas dari visi pendidikan indonesia yakni membentuk profil pelajar pancasila. (3) sekolah penggerak jenjang sekolah menengah atas, penyusunan perencanaan melihat kemampuan anggaran sekolah dan pelibatan tim pengembang sekolah yang di pimpin oleh wakil kepala sekolah.

A just and equitable global civilization must be built on sustainable practices that guarantee the preservation of natural resources and the environment. A just civilization must ensure that all individuals have access to resources, opportunities and basic needs such as food, shelter and health care. Building educational management and technology for an equitable global civilization requires building that takes into account the needs of marginalized communities and addresses systemic inequalities. Building a just civilization must be transparent and accountable, with clear processes and structures for decision-making and resource allocation. This includes involving community members in decision-making processes and providing clear communication about building and resource management. A just civilization must ensure that individuals are safe and physically protected in their buildings and communities. This includes ensuring that buildings are structurally sound and meet safety codes, as well as implementing safety measures to protect individuals from harm. Building education management and technology should prioritize community ownership and involvement, creating spaces and opportunities for individuals to come together, connect and support one another. Overall, building educational management and technology for an equitable global civilization requires a commitment to sustainability, inclusiveness, transparency, security and community building. By prioritizing these values, we can create a more just and equitable world for all. Building educational management and technology for an equitable global civilization needs to continue to encourage the creation of an environment where everyone feels accepted, valued and supported. This means promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of organizational and educational practice. It also means taking steps to eliminate bias, discrimination.
