Doch wir wollen unsere Arbeit, als professionelle ErzieherInnen, nicht nur als eine Reaktion auf diese Umstände verstehen. Die Vorzüge eines Waldkindergartens werden in unserer täglichen Arbeit immer wieder sichtbar. Natur- und Waldkindergärten fördern in besonderer Weise die kindliche Entwicklung. Die Natur bietet mit ihrer grenzenlosen Vielfalt und Weite einen idealen Bewegungsraum für Kinder. Das Anregen von allen Sinnen und der körperlichen Bewegung wird fast selbstverständlich vom Raum Wald gefördert. Wir ErzieherInnen ordnen uns somit der Natur als erste Erziehungsinstanz unter. Mit unserer Arbeit im Waldkindergarten Waldfrösche e.V. wollen wir ein Bewusstsein von Verbundenheit mit unserer Natur fördern. Kinder die sich regelmäßig in der freien Natur befinden, werden diese in ihren Einzelheiten und als Einheit verstehen und sich umsichtig und rücksichtsvoll in ihr bewegen. Die Ruhe im Wald, das Klopfen eines Spechts am Baum, das Rauschen des Windes, der modrige Geruch von altem Holz und die wärmenden Sonnenstrahlen im kalten Frühjahr, das alles und noch vielmehr sind Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse die uns der Wald bietet. Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Ausgeglichenheit der Kinder werden somit ideal von der Natur gefördert......

Praktikumsbericht / -arbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Kindergarten, Vorschule, frühkindl. Erziehung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Unser Konzept wurde von allen pädagogischen Fachkräften des Sportkindergartens gemeinsam erarbeitet. Während der Erarbeitungsphase waren zahlreiche Teamberatungen, Evaluationen und Fortbildung sehr hilf-und lehrreich für das gesamte Team. Ohne diese hätte ein Entwicklungsprozess in dieser Form sicher nicht stattgefunden. Unser Konzept liegt nicht gebunden vor, sondern ist eine lose Blattsammlung, da es wie bei der Entwicklung von Kindern (Menschen) auch bei der Entwicklung eines pädagogischen Konzeptes kein Ende gibt. Schon während der Zeit der Erarbeitung hat sich vieles verändert und einige schon geschriebene Teile des Konzeptes mussten noch einmal überarbeitet werden. Ein pädagogisches Konzept ist aus unserer Sicht kein fertiges Werk für den "Bücherschrank", sondern eine Dokumentation unserer Arbeit und pädagogischen Inhalte, die sich im Laufe der Zeit verändern wird und muss. Nur durch das immer wiederkehrende Reflektieren unserer pädagogischen Arbeit und das Überprüfen von Inhalten und Zielen ist eine Qualitätsentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung gewährleistet. Allen, die nun unser Konzept lesen, ganz oder in Auszügen, um etwas mehr über unsere Arbeitsweise, die pädagogischen Schwerpunkte und Zielsetzungen zu erfahren, stehen wir gerne anschließend für Fragen, Anregungen oder Diskussionen zur Verfügung!
