Türkiye’yi teknoloji alanında küresel bir aktör haline getirmek amacıyla son yıllarda önemli atılımlar yapılıyor. Bu atılımlar büyük ölçüde Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi ile tecessüm ediyor. Bu sayıda Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanı Mustafa Varank’la Türkiye’nin teknolojik yarıştaki yerini, uzaydaki hedeflerini, TOGG’u, TEKNOFEST’i ve teknolojinin gelişmesi ve yaygınlaşması için yapılan faaliyetleri konuştuk. Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi’nin önemli mimarlarından birisi olan Bakan Varank, Türkiye’nin teknoloji yarışındaki statüsüne ve yol haritasına ilişkin kapsamlı açıklamalarda bulundu. Dünya genelinde yaşanan teknoloji yarışını ve Türkiye’nin bu yarıştaki yerini bu sayımızda kapsamlı bir dosya olarak ele aldık. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Dijital Dönüşüm Ofisi Başkanı Ali Taha Koç Türkiye’nin dijital dönüşümünü ve gelecekteki hedeflerini değerlendirdi. TÜBİTAK Başkanı Hasan Mandal bu teknoloji yarışında kurumun katkılarını açıkladı. TOGG CEO’su Mehmet Gürcan Karakaş bir otomobilden fazlası olan TOGG’un dünya genelinde nasıl bir fark ortaya çıkaracağını anlattı. Türkiye Uzay Ajansı’ndan Ali Baygeldi ise Milli Uzay Programı ile Türkiye’nin hedeflediği kazanımları ortaya koydu. Teknolojinin özellikle gençler tarafından benimsenmesini sağlayan TEKNOFEST’i Ahmet Alemdar, sağlık teknolojilerinin geleceğine yönelik öngörüleri ise Kenan Türkdoğan analiz etti. Gloria Shkurti Özdemir yapay zeka teknolojisinde Türkiye’nin yerini değerlendirirken, Deniz İstikbal Türkiye’nin teknolojik dönüşümünde önemli bir yeri olan AR-GE faaliyetlerini kaleme aldı. Rıfat Öncel teknoloji ve savunma sanayii arasındaki ilişkiyi, İnci Sökmen Alaca ise uzay rekabetinin savunma ve çatışma boyutunu tartıştı. Emin İslam Tatlı siber güvenliğin toplumsal boyutunu analiz ederken, Ersin Çahmutoğlu devletler arasındaki siber savaşları değerlendirdi. Son dönemde daha fazla tartışılmaya başlanan Metaverse’i Emre Başaran kaleme aldı. Kripto para ve blokzincir teknolojisini Filiz Eryılmaz, kripto paralarla kara para aklama konusunu ise Mehmet Yüce analiz etti. Cenay Babaoğlu kamuda dijitalleşme politikalarını, Ramazan Akkır ise AK Parti ile CHP’nin teknolojiye bakışını değerlendirdi. Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde en önemli kırılmalardan birisi olan Ukrayna merkezli krizi bu sayıda ayrı bir dosya olarak ele aldık. Kriz konusunda Kadir Üstün ABD’nin, Mehmet Çağatay Güler Rusya’nın politikasını değerlendirirken; Talha Köse AB’nin yaklaşımını, Murat Aslan NATO’nun yaklaşımını analiz etti. Krizin propaganda ve dezenformasyon cephesini de Gökhan Gökçe kaleme aldı. Siyaset alanında ise Nebi Miş “endişeli muhafazakarlar” konusunu farklı bir bakış açısıyla tartışırken, Abdurrahman Babacan ittifak siyasetini ve Millet İttifakı’nın geleceğini analiz etti. Kitap tanıtım bölümünde ise Yücel Acer’in kaleme aldığı Uluslararası Yargı Kararları Temelinde Ege ve Doğu Akdeniz’de Sınırlandırma Sorunları başlıklı kitabı Durdu Mehmet Özdemir, SETA’nın yayınladığı Güvenlik Radarı: 2022’de Türkiye’nin Jeopolitik Ortamı başlıklı kitabı ise Deniz Dede tanıttı.
