Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Französische Philologie - Landeskunde und Kultur, Note: 1,0, Technische Universität Dresden (Fakultät Sprach-, Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaften - Institut für Romanistik), Veranstaltung: Kulturelle Wirtschaftsprüfung / Cultural Due Diligence, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit untersucht kulturelle Faktoren bei internationalen Unternehmenskooperationen speziell am deutsch-französischen Beispiel. Ausgangspunkt der Überlegungen bildet die Problematik der Interkulturalität in Bezug auf geschäftliche Zusammenarbeit, die durch verschiedene kulturbedingte Sichtweisen und unterschiedliche Handlungsmuster Konflikte in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit zur Folge haben und somit Geschäfte behindern kann. Aus den theoretischen Grundlagen werden französische Kulturstandards aus deutscher Sicht und explizite Beispiele deutsch-französischer Kooperationen analysiert. Anhand der Ergebnisse werden Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige internationale Unternehmenskooperationen abgeleitet, um deren Erfolg zu maximieren. Im Verlauf der Untersuchung stellte sich heraus, dass Mitarbeiter, die vor einer Entsendung interkulturell geschult wurden, einen Auslandsaufenthalt erfolgreicher durchführen konnten als andere Mitarbeiter. Des Weiteren stellte sich heraus, dass ein Erfolgsfaktor in der Überprüfung der kulturellen Umweltfaktoren der beteiligten Unternehmen besteht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine kulturelle Wirtschaftsprüfung im Voraus eines internationalen Unternehmenszusammenschlusses unumgänglich. Die Analyse der deutsch-französischen Unternehmenskooperationen verdeutlichte mit den gewonnenen Kenntnissen, dass eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen Deutschland und Frankreich sehr erfolgsbringend sein kann, da beide Länder über kulturelle sowie wirtschaftliche Gemeinsamkeiten verfügen, die eine Zusammenarbeit vereinfachen. Außerdem sind es gerade die kulturellen Unterschiede, die eine solche länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit interessant gestalten: Diese Art der internationalen Zusammenarbeit ist der Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Globalisierung. Die Verfasserin kommt abschließend zu dem Resultat, dass durch eine Cultural Due Diligence Probleme, die im Laufe einer internationalen Kooperation auftreten werden, bereits vorher erkannt werden können. Sind allerdings die kulturellen Differenzen zu ausgeprägt, sodass die Probleme durch die Unterschiede deren Nutzen übertreffen, sollte keine Zusammenarbeit aufgebaut werden, denn eine kulturelle Wirtschaftsprüfung kann keine Defizite in der Kooperationsfähigkeit der Unternehmen kompensieren.
