Con l’emanazione del D.Lgs. 81/2008 e s.m. il legislatore ha voluto realizzare un sistema di sicurezza nei cantieri edili e di genio civile, che coinvolga, seppure in diversa misura, tutti i soggetti interessati alla realizzazione dell’opera. Inoltre, secondo l’art. 36 dello stesso D.Lgs. 81/2008, viene imposto al datore di lavoro di assicurarsi che ciascun lavoratore riceva una formazione adeguata e sufficiente in materia di sicurezza e di salute, con particolare riferimento al proprio posto di lavoro. Questo agile manuale, arricchito di numerose illustrazioni ed esempi pratici, è stato realizzato per fornire a tutti i lavoratori un’informazione semplice ma esaustiva sui comportamenti da tenere per svolgere le proprie mansioni in tutta sicurezza. Nel volume sono stati individuati i principali rischi per ciascuna attività svolta dai lavoratori del settore edile. Viene indicata la corretta organizzazione del lavoro, l’uso di attrezzature aventi requisiti ergonomici, l’uso dei dispositivi di protezione individuale, il controllo sanitario. Il manualetto è stato predisposto per essere consegnato ad ogni dipendente in azienda: a questo fine contiene un tagliando che l’azienda avrà cura di far sottoscrivere al lavoratore per documentare l’effettuata informazione. Ampio spazio è dedicato ai cantieri stradali, alle procedure e alla segnaletica destinata alle attività lavorative che si svolgono in presenza di traffico veicolare e pedonale alla luce delle novità introdotte dal recente D.I. 22/01/2019.
