Vers 1759, le fermier du duché de Mazarin constate que le flo - rin d'héritance n'a rien produit dans la seigneurie de Belle depuis 1753. En 1778, une mendiante, native de la Suisse, vint à mourir à Lapoutmye, délaissant une somme de 321 livres, pour laquelle somme le receveur seigneurial exigea des héritiers 32 li vres à titre d'abzug. Le receveur, cependant, consulta la chan cellerie sur la légitimité de cette perception et celle-ci lui répon dit, le 4 mars, que cette recette est non seulement approuvée, mais le zèle du comptable encore loué. Loe hésitations du receveur et les éloges de la chancellerie ne se comprendraient guère s'il ne s'agissait pas d'un cas extraordinaire. D'autre part, le duc des Deux - Ponts ne fait figurer le droit d'émigrafion, de détraction ou Nachsteur dans l'état de ses réclamations à l'as semblée nationale (1791-1795) que pour la somme de 376 livres, 10 sols, année commune sur dix dont la dernière était 17 livres.
