In un confronto tra la propria vita e le proprie opere e quella di Baudelaire e le sue poesie, l’autrice ci mostra cosa significhi vivere di arte e per l’arte: arte è portare fuori qualcosa che è dentro, mostrare al mondo la propria essenza, la propria anima. Dalla pittura, alla fotografia, alla performance art, l’autrice è un’artista a tutto tondo che continua a sperimentare, con il desiderio di trasformare il male di vivere, la sofferenza, la malinconia in pura luce. Anabel Ciliberti è nata a Santo Domingo (RD) il 21 giugno 1988 da madre dominicana e padre italiano. Cresce viaggiando tra America, Italia e Sudafrica. Si diploma nel 2006 dalla St. Cyprian’s School di Cape Town con un ottimo voto e una distinzione. Dopo un anno sabbatico inizia a frequentare la Scuola di Pittura presso l’Accademia di Belle arti di Firenze, Venezia e Milano a Brera dove si diploma nel 2020 con 110. Alla passione per la pittura e la scrittura si aggiungono fotografia e video. Studiando, si appassiona a Estetica delle arti, Antropologia, Storia dell’arte, Filosofia dell’arte, Teatro e performance Art. Al momento prosegue i suoi studi di arti visive presso l’Accademia di Belle arti di Brera, iscritta alla specialistica nella Scuola di Pittura del professor Pizzi, dove continua a sperimentare con fotografia e video. La scrittura è una sua compagna fedele fin dalla giovane età. Come per il resto l’arte lo è sempre stata.
