EN SCULPTURE, LE MOULAGE EST DIRECTEMENT LIE A LA VARIATION, AU FAIT DE POUVOIR DECLINER PLUSIEURS SERIES A PARTIR D'UNE MEME “EMPREINTE”. MAIS AU-DELA DE LA VARIATION DANS L'ACTE MEME, CELLE-CI SURGIT DANS LE DISCOURS, OU PLUTOT DANS LES DISCOURS, MULTIPLES, AUTOUR DE L'OEUVRE. AINSI, LE DISCOURS AUTOUR DE MON OEUVRE SE DECLINE EN PLUSIEURS THEMES, VERITABLES CLES EXPLICATIVES DE MON TRAVAIL. POUR REPRENDRE LA PENSEE DE JEAN LUC NANCY, LA SCULPTURE DOIT ETRE COMPRISE COMME UN “VESTIGE” RECUEILLI A PARTIR DU CORPS MOULE, “VESTIGE” QUI IMPLIQUE UN ENSEMBLE DE RELATIONS. TOUT D'ABORD, LA RELATION DE LA SCULPTURE A L'ESPACE, DANS LE SENS OU L'OEUVRE EST UN “ACCROC” DANS L'ESPACE. ENSUITE, RELATION DE L'OEUVRE AU TEMPS, QUI IMPLIQUE NECESSAIREMENT UN DIALOGUE AVEC LE SILENCE: LE TEMPS CONTENUDANS L'OEUVRE (CELUI DES MATERIAUX, DU FAIRE, ETC.) SE DONNE COMME “SILENCE”, COMME L'EXPRIME MICHEL SERRES. D'AUTRE PART, LE SCULPTEUR, EN TRAVAILLANT DES MATERIAUX ET EN PLACANT SES MOULAGES, FAIT SURGIR UN “MILIEU” QUI ACCUEILLE L'OEUVRE ET QUI PERMET LE DEPLACEMENT AUTOUR D'ELLE. AUTRE MISE EN RELATION POSSIBLE, CELLE DE LA SCULPTURECONTACT ENTRE L'EMPREINTE ET LE CORPS, FRUIT D'UNE RENCONTREDEJA PROBLEMATISEE PAR PENONE. AINSI MA SCULPTURE, ET LA SCULPTURE EN GENERAL, PEUT SE PENSER ENTRE CES THEMES - MAIS IL EXISTE UNE INFINITE DE VARIATIONS -, VARIATIONS DU DISCOURS QUE J'EXPLICITE DANS MON TRAVAIL ET QUI ENRICHISSENT L'ANALYSE DE MES PROPRES OEUVRES.

A Writer S Topography written by Jason Herbeck and has been published by BRILL this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2015-08-25 with Literary Criticism categories.

A Writer’s Topography examines French-Algerian Nobel Prize laureate Albert Camus’s intimate yet often unsettled relationship with natural and human landscapes. Much like the Greek hero Sisyphus about whom he wrote his famous philosophical essay, Camus sustained a deep awareness of and appreciation for what he termed le visage de ce monde—the face of this earth. This wide-ranging collection of essays by Camus scholars from around the world demonstrates to what extent topography is omnipresent in Camus’s life and works. Configurations and contemplations of landscape figure prominently in his fictional works on both a literal and figurative level—from the earliest writings of his youth to his final, unfinished novel, Le Premier Homme. Furthermore, as a core component of the way in which Camus perceived, conceived and expressed the human condition, topography constitutes an over-arching and particularly profound dimension of his personal, public and philosophical thought.
