Au vu des ressources engagées et des fortes attentes de ses différentes parties prenantes, l'éducation en entrepreneuriat (EE) est évaluée sur sa capacité à produire sur les étudiants des impacts attendus. Ces derniers restent cependant difficiles à saisir car multidimensionnels, diffus et différés dans le temps. Ce travail doctoral s'inscrit dans la veine de recherche constituée autour de la compréhension des impacts de l'EE pour améliorer son efficacité en enseignement supérieur. En complément des travaux de recherche précédents sur les objectifs ('pourquoi', 'pour quels résultats'), les contenus ('quoi'), les méthodes ('comment') et les cibles privilégiées de l'EE ('pour qui'), notre étude ajoute trois autres dimensions à prendre en compte pour évaluer l'impact d'un dispositif d'EE et son efficacité perçue par les différentes parties prenantes de l'écosystème entrepreneurial : 'où', 'par qui' et 'dans quelle dynamique temporelle'. Notre thèse sur articles trouve des applications théoriques et managériales pour les Sciences de Gestion concernant i/ le travail en équipe, ii/ les liens entre les environnements éducatif et d'affaires et l'apprentissage entrepreneurial, iii/ le développement professionnel des enseignants en entrepreneuriat et iv/ la conception de cadres d'évaluation de l'impact des dispositifs d'EE et de leur efficacité. En effet, les résultats issus de nos cinq articles liés aux huit dimensions constitutives de l'EE identifiées contribuent à l'élaboration d'un modèle intégratif de l'évaluation de l'impact de l'EE. Ce modèle permet d'accompagner à la conception, gestion et évaluation systématique et efficace de dispositifs d'EE existants ou nouveaux, dans l'ensemble des dimensions considérées comme pertinentes par l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
